Delete your account

This form lets you request deletion of your Milo account without installing the app, as required for Google Play apps that offer account creation.

What happens

1. We email a one-click confirmation link to the address you enter (if it is registered). The link expires in 24 hours.
2. After you confirm, your account is blocked immediately—you cannot sign in.
3. After a 7-day grace period, we permanently remove personal identifiers and clear letter/message content by anonymization (email and Google ID replaced with non-identifying placeholders; profile cleared; your authored text emptied). Other users may still see empty conversation shells that no longer identify you.
