Community Guidelines

Effective: July 27, 2026 · Last updated: July 27, 2026 · App: Milo (net.zrex.milo) · Operator: Z-Rex Network

These Community Guidelines are Milo’s user policy for user-generated content (UGC). They are part of the Terms of Service and support Google Play’s UGC and Child Safety requirements. By sending letters or messages, you agree to follow them.

1. What Milo is for

Milo is for thoughtful, respectful letter exchanges between users aged 16+. Write as you would to a stranger you hope to meet again—not as a channel for abuse, spam, or illegal content.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

Do not create, send, solicit, or promote:

3. How moderation works

  1. Automated checks — Sensitive-word filters and third-party text moderation may run when you send letters or replies.
  2. Mild / salvageable issues — Content that can be fixed may be returned to you with a reason. On eligible send paths, stamps may be refunded so you can revise and resend from Sent mail.
  3. Severe / malicious content — Content we treat as unsalvageable or abusive may be rejected silently: you may receive no notification, stamps are not refunded, and the item may be hidden from your sent list.
  4. Human review — Reports and escalations may be reviewed by our safety / admin team. We may remove content, ban accounts, or take other actions without prior notice when needed for safety.

No filter is perfect. If something harmful gets through, report it.

4. Report, block, and archive (in-app)

Google Play requires UGC apps to provide in-app ways to report and block. In Milo you can:

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

5. Pen pals and privacy

6. AI Drifter

If you opt in to AI fallback replies, an automated “AI Drifter” may respond when no human does in time. Treat AI replies as machine-generated. Do not use AI opt-in to solicit prohibited content. AI identities cannot become pen pals.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may: warn; remove or hide content; refund or forfeit stamps; limit features; suspend or permanently ban accounts; preserve records; and report to law enforcement or NCMEC / regional hotlines when required. Appeals: email support@z-rex.net with your registered email and details. We are not obligated to restore every decision.

8. Updates

We may update these Guidelines. The current version is always on this page. Material changes may also be referenced in the Terms.
