This page is Milo’s publicly accessible standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), published to meet Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for Social apps. It applies to the Milo mobile application and related online services operated by Z-Rex Network.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Milo has zero tolerance for CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexualization of minors (anyone under 18), trafficking or exploitation of children, and any content or conduct that endangers children.
Users are prohibited from:
- Creating, uploading, sending, soliciting, storing, or sharing CSAM or sexual content involving minors;
- Grooming, enticement, or sexual exploitation of anyone under 18;
- Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to interact sexually with minors;
- Sharing personal contact information of minors for harmful purposes;
- Using Milo to facilitate offline harm to children;
- Any other conduct that violates child safety laws or this policy.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, preservation of evidence as allowed by law, and reporting to authorities.
2. Age requirement
Milo is for users aged 16 and older only. We do not knowingly permit children under 16 to create accounts or use the Service. See Privacy Policy — Children and Terms of Service.
If we learn that a user is under 16, we will disable the account and delete or anonymize associated personal data as soon as reasonably practicable. Profile “birth decade” fields are optional matching preferences, not proof of age.
3. Prevention and moderation
Milo is a text-focused social letter app. To reduce harm we:
- Require acceptance of Terms / user policies before users create UGC;
- Run automated content moderation (sensitive-word checks and third-party text moderation) on letters and replies;
- Apply rate limits and abuse controls;
- Require email verification (or Google Sign-In) for account access;
- Limit exposure of real profile information until users mutually become pen pals;
- Provide in-app report, block, and archive tools, plus a dedicated child-safety reporting path in Profile;
- Review safety queues (including admin tooling) under these standards.
No system is perfect. Users must report concerns promptly (Section 5).
4. Addressing CSAM (response commitments)
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Milo, we will:
- Remove the content and restrict access as quickly as possible;
- Suspend or terminate the responsible account(s);
- Preserve relevant records as required for investigation and legal obligations;
- Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities, including where applicable the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (U.S.) or equivalent regional hotlines and law enforcement;
- Cooperate with valid legal requests and with Google Play safety notifications sent to our child safety point of contact.
We do not allow CSAM on our platform for any reason, including purported “research,” “awareness,” or “journalism,” except where we are legally required to retain material solely for mandatory reporting—and then only under strict internal controls.
5. In-app and email reporting (user feedback mechanism)
If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or a child at risk, report it immediately.
In-app: Profile → Report safety concern (send email and/or open these standards). You can also use report / block actions on letters and mailbox threads.
